so i came to the conclusion that i didnt want to change the interior trim color, or risk breaking it (mostly the option number 2 lol) but i was just looking for something to do to the ol monte, so i pulled my trunk ss, motor cover, and sub surrounds and gave them a make over. got some vinyl paint and hit the sub surrounds w about 6 coats, and then i put some metal flake and new clear coat on the ss and motor cover. cant really see the metal flake in the ss but its there and looks good...it turned out pretty sweet i think, and it gave me something to do haha

Door panel switches, see https://montecarloforum.com/forum/sh...t=20761&page=2

That radio trim may seem like it's glued/screwed in, but it's just six very tight clips.

good luck with this project mine came out sweet...just remember to SAND pannels before paintting them cause i forgot to and when pulling off the radio ring the paint cracked and chipped...o well took it off sanded it down primed and painted and clear coated then polished...its a great project to do yourself and gives you a custom look for about 20 bucks! just pry off gently and OH BTW the dash plastic when i took mine off came off as on big piece...from just over the radio, the cluster for the gauges and the other side of the gauges...check my pics for details
