Default radio and amp question

So I'm in a tint shop and they are doing ma girls csr and they also do radios. I seen a few that caught my eye. First what size double din tht dash can hold? I don't want them to cut up ma stuff. I seen a 6.1 and a 5. Something. Now I've seen members say that replacing the radio or something ypu might need an factory amp bypass. What if I were to take out the factory one and get an aftermarket? Or would it be cheaper to bypass?

I know the double dins that don't move will fit without cutting. The ones that move up and down will need to bee cut.
