Default No power to accessories

Ok, I was having a viper ds4+ remote start installed on my 2000 Monte Carlo SS. Something happened and now I have no power to the accessories powered by the driver side interior fuse box. I have checked the ignition switch and its working like it should. The overhead display lights up like it should, cigarette lighter works, check engine light comes on when you turn the key on. The windows wont roll up, the blower motor does not work, headlights not working, instrument cluster is dead besides the check engine light. I already replaced the bcm. Door locks are not working either. Can someone point me in the right direction to look. This was being professionally installed by a shop and the employee no longer works for the shop. I miss my car and trying to help the mechanic when I can because he is super busy. Thanks in advance.
