yeah, fits much better too lol. and i got that other HID kit i accidently ordered, glad i went with DDM because the Junk they sent me is just that, junk lol horible looking gear.

 

Im just saying I dont have problems without it. Just 30 min while im detailing my engine 2 times a year is not a problem... and its not like there gona fall out... I have more problems with my strobe bulbs in the driver side taillight they I do the HIDs in the headlight, even though the stobe is sealed.

But It looks nice with what you did to the covers... good job

 

not for nothing, but it would seem that you have a problem 2 times a year without them. i havent fired them with condensation in them, but id have to imagine i wouldnt be good.

 

hmmm some reason my cars computer keeps thinking my highbeams are dead, tells me every time i start up that their dead but i can clearly see them on :\

 

thats strange. ddm sells an error code eliminator, but i hadnt heard of anyone with a monte needing them.

 

so if i just go to ddm tuning and put in the bulb 8000k and i should get the whole kit...147.99 ....that 9006 for daytime running light and the headlight low right......what is d1r and d1s what does this mean?????

 

I think it applies to more newer vehicles that don't come stock with HIDs now, i've heard of maybe one or two people having the issue with Montes but not often

Here your order should look like the picture below, for high beams you should change the 9006 to 9005, I wouldn't recommend getting your high beams done tho, they take too long to warm up and your new low beams will be crazy bright anyways

Low Beam Headlight Bulb Size: 9006
High Beam Headlamp Light Bulb Size: 9005

The DRLs are the high beam, this will also have to be eliminated if you get HIDs, usually done by just pulling the fuse

 

walkinon a bullet you have high beeam low beam kit and you also got x000k bulbs and can anyone tell me what h1 is for i have 2000 monte ss????

 

h1 is a bulb type, here's all you need to know for bulb sizes:

Low Beam Headlight Bulb Size: 9006
High Beam Headlamp Light Bulb Size: 9005
Fog Light Bulb Size: 880
