HID"s
I wanna get me some HID"s and ive been kinda sitting on the idea for months since i got the car, but always been kinda skechy bout them cheap kits. anyways, ready to pounce on the plan since i'm broke and it's the cheapest upgrade i can do to my car :P
I found this 6k kit, that has low and hi beams. will it fit?

that's the set that should work, 9006's for the low beams and 9005's for highs, the only thing is that the highs are the DRLs, i'm not really sure what the deal is with those, i think they may just not work.

Honestly if you have HID lows I dont think you need highs. My HID lows are brighter than or just as bright as my standard highs. I never use my high at all.. and I have 12000K ones to.. just something to think about cause its money you do not necessarily have to spend.
Trewyn15 correction I think its 9006 lows and 9005 highs lol

your right though, you won't need highs, i would just look for the 9006 bulbs, and if your looking for 6000k it will be plenty bright enough, the lower the number with hids is said to have the most output of light.

If you want HIDs, I wouldnt get them from anywhere other than DDM tuning. I got mine for 35 bucks for both sides and they come with a lifetime warranty. Alot of users here are using them. I love mine. You need 9006 HIDs for your low beams and 9005 for highs. I got 5000K and they are pure white. No blue, no yellow. They dont look like aftermarket HIDs which is why I like them. They just look like really bright white lights.

i really don't feel helped, i feel like your arguing over something i've already made a desician on, which is fine you have all the right int he world to try and change my mind but what bothers me is nobody told me if that kit will fit 100%, so if somebody could give me some reassurance because all this talk about 9006 and 9007 and 9005 is confusing me.

sigh nevermind i figured it out and i ordered the wrong ones :'( i never realised he had a link in the 2nd post that showed me the right ones, i see now that he did and now i'm stuck with some crummy HID"S bleh. i'm sure i can resell em. might even know somebody with the size who knows. I think i'm going with the DDM kit thought, since it lets you upgrade to a 55w kit which is 5k lumans, which is just pure **** lol. i'm still probobly going to upgrade the highs though because well, my budget was 100$ for this project, and even with the 55 watt kit i'm under with both kits. thanks for the tips.
