This all depends on where you intend to relocate the factory deck to. What you need to do is skeetch a test light(or preferrably a multimeter) and probe the connectors close to where you are going to relocate the factory deck. You will need to find a 12V constant, and a 12v that only turns hot when the key is in ACC and ON.
Another way is too run another splice from the aftermartkets harness to the factory deck, and I would DEFINITALLY encorporate a 12v fast blow fuse in both lines to prevent overdraw. Do not upgrade the stock fuse, as the fuse is rated for the load of the radio. If the factory fuse blows out, you will know that you are shorting, or exceeding the load limit of the factory wiring. Use only the same guage wire for the extensions as the factory harness. To small of a wire, and it might burn up from the load, too big, and your just wasting cash.
Good luck to you!

I have used a test light and cant seem to find a wired that will turn hot when i turn the key on and off when i turn it off. I was thinking someone might have done something like this and can tell me what wire they have used.
