If your still having issues not getting the cd out heres some advice on what I do when this occurs..
Press the eject button and you will see it starts to come out and gets jammed, so grab a second cd slide it on top of the cd that is jammed and pull up on the secondary causing to put pressure on the jammed cd. While doing that pull the secondary cd out while still pulling up on it, the jammed cd will slowly come out and then grab it immediately before it gets pulled back into the player.
