Default 12v Constant power problem.

Ok so I installed an entirely new sound system. New HU, new speakers, new amp, and new wiring. Everything works fine except the HU is resetting every time i turn off the car. Sounds like the HU is not receiving constant power. I have the constant and switched power tapped into fuses on the drivers side. The switched on a pcm and the constant on the cig/aux. The front cig lighter didnt work so i went about checking all my other fuses and found a blown one on the passenger aide. I replaced it, got the outlet working again but still no data retention on the HU. Any clue why its still not working or any other fuse slot provide a constant power supply?

The cig/aux fuse on the driver side is for the outlet in the rear of the console. The c/lighter fuse on the passenger side is for the outlet in the front of the console. There is a aux/power fuse on the passenger side that provides constant output.
