Default Downpipe selection

if I understand correctly the speed daddy headers come with a downpipe with no cat...

I'm looking at TOG extream headers; (which don't come with a down pipe)

ZZ performance has a TOG style bolt in for $220
ZZPerformance - TOG Style Bolt In Downpipe #ZZ-TOG

The Wbody store has a downpipe for TOG only headers for $190 here:
3" Downpipe for TOG headers

Maybe the two that I mentioned above are the same thing?? (they sure look pretty close)

The 3rd one that I found looks like it's for stock manifolds and not headers?
Random Technology 3" Downpipe/Hi-Flow Cat: 3800 Performance

$460 + an extra $15 for 3" What's so great about this one???

I have the Speed Daddy's. No cat. There's not a need for a down pipe, as they include everything to bolt up to the exhaust.

Very good point! lol.. I cleaned up my original gaskets and re-used them. The Speed Daddy gaskets looked like a fail lol..

Other than that, I think they're a great, affordable option for headers. They're stainless, and eliminate the need for a downpipe. However, if you have emissions testing or inspections, you'll probably need to purchase a cat and have it welded in place or do it yourself
