Smile resonator & muffler recomendations

I'm planning on redoing the entire exhaust system; 2005 SS Monte Super charged:

The goal is to keep the car relatively as quiet as possible (ie STOCK) AND gain as much HP as possible. I would be OK with slightly louder, but I do drive 55 mph - 70 mph for extended periods and DO NOT want rumble...

My current plan is to do the Speed Daddy stainless headers (that are a knock off SLP) If I recall, a number of you have recommended them over the others...

What is a good muffler / resonator that will have excellent air flow and not be SUPPER LOUD... (I'm sure the headers will add a few decibels...)

Wanted to get the entire exhaust system specked out before jumping on the speed daddy headers... Price isn't really a concern (within reason)

Glass pack for a resi and keep factory mufflers. Most restricting part is the u bend and the front manifold. Headers take care of all that so your all good.

If you search the forum there is tons of threads about this. Also YouTube is a good place to hear sound clips.

So, what if I omit the the glass pack and just do a 3" pipe ??? (way too loud I presume...)

Default If i may thro my own question in

I'm looking for similar results but I want a Deep Rich sound when I throttle up without a Tinny Sound when I release the Throttle. I've done many repairs and some intake mods, with my Monte (02 SS) I want nice sound best possible power without taking the motor apart and a smooth but Solid ride. All suggestions welcome! Thanks. The W body store has a resonator for $95 with the 3" input / output
High Performance Exhaust Resonator

I can't imagine this would be much different than a glass pack...

Jegs has a Dynomax 24219 for about $52 here:
Dynomax+24219+ - JEGS High Performance

the dynomax one is only 16" long, so I'll probably need to weld an extra 7" piece on...

Are other people doing glass packs instead of resonators, or are they just doing a resinator delete & leaving the stock mufflers in place? (assuming that might be a bit louder??)
