Question about CAI
I have a 1995 Monte Carlo LS 3100 V6 and I was wondering if I could just take out the stock air filter box and put in a cone filter on the end of the rubber tube that's already there. I know that's not the proper way to do it but would it even do anything like hp-wise? It's just a pain to build a custom CAI since my battery and windshield-washer fluid are in the way.
