Looks like you can either weld or clamp it.

 

That should include all of the hardware you need to install it without welding. It's just a matter of removing two bolts and a few exhaust hangers to get the stock cat-back off, then piecing/clamping together the new one in its place. You could alternatively have it welded together after piecing it together instead of using the clamps.

Where do you live?

That's not stainless steel so it WILL rust out. For cheaper you could get the GMPP stainless steel exhaust system that is also clamp on.
