Default Wiring issue

Im just about finished with my full frame off restoration of my 85 SS, and we went to turn the headlights on after installing the dash and wiring, and we have no lights. No headlights, taillights, dashlights... nothing. Seeing if anyone has come across this issue before? My plan was to attack it with a test light and see if Im missing something.. Maybe someone has a shortcut to save me some time? Thanks in advance!

Id check all your grounds...
Also maybe that it needs a body ground..
I'm sure its something simple to figure out.
Is the fuse hot in the fuse box?
Might be a good place to start looking.

Do a Bing search for '1985 Monte Carlo lighting diagram' and it will bring one up. There are several diagrams, but pointing at them will tell you what car they are for. I was going to post it, but the copy was too small to read. However, it is much larger on the page.
