what does traction controll pretain of on our monte's

what does traction controll pretain of on our monte's
i know it has to do with a tune the wireing harness what ese does it have to pretain to as in controll of? would the hubs need to be changed for traction controll what does it need for it to work besides tune and a wiring harness?
