I told them an asked them before unpaid an sent it in about everything that was on terr an what was on my car should I just go get a supercharged trans from a new model would that work I know of a gtp supercharged trans that I can get right away would that help my problem?

 

I think the GTP trans would work. I'm trying to remember if there was any difference between the Pontiacs and us. I know in the earlier years there were differences between the Grand Prixs and Monte Carlos. But to the best of my knowledge the tranny will work. But whether you need to grab anything else with it I'm drawing a blank.

Once you get an HD tranny in there and get a dyno tune done you'll probably be good, though. Most people try not to take the trannys because they want the little extra power from the stock tranny. My biggest issue here is if you'll need anything else because of the tranny changes made in 03 - I'd take the PCM from the GTP if you can get it.

 

i emailed zzp today they told me that with 90 percent of the pcm they do need to do a case relearn an that with it beening a monte carlo that i had to do a case relearn an drive it to get the abs light off with normal driving because it is on

 

Could be one reason for a CEL, won't know until you pull all your codes. But that isn't going to make your car run like it is. Case relearn will need to be done at a dealership, though if you find you need one. You'll be throwing a code for it if you need one.
