Im kinda confused with the 35 mph hour thing, are these two seperate incidents?

 

Usually if you dont mouth off to the officer and he is part of the PBA he will honor the card and let you go.

Sometimes they will take the card back and call the cop that gave it to you to tell him or her why he took the card.

Some other states have FOP cards as well, i guess it all depends where you live
