way to ruin my morning, I got a $254 speeding ticket! Going 46 in a 30
I dont even think I was going that fast

 

When I got pulled over (for a substantial undisclosed amount of speed higher) my ticket was less money than that.

Mine was $205. That's pretty lame it's so much!

That's what you get for driving a nice looking car :p

 

Damn that is pretty hefty. I'm guessing the cop didn't knock it down at all from 16 over?

I got my first ticket this past weekend. I got it for a stupid reason. I was going 68 in a 65 with my cruise control set. The road was 4 lanes and 65mph. Then the road merged into two lanes at 55 mph. I forgot to knock my speed down since it was on cruise control, and not more than a mile into the two lanes and 55 mph limit, I met a cop who was right there to get me. They probably sit out there and catch people who do the same mistake I did.

 

Man that sux, my first & only speeding ticket was 398$ for 57 in a 20 & ikn I wasn't even close to goin that fast

 

lol this sucks so freakn bad

i was going over a bridge and there he was. he jumped in front of my car and told me to pull to the side, he had already trapped another driver damn my dads guna be mad when he finds out

damn that way over the limit haha!

 

Don't look at it as a fine.. look at it as a premium to be able to speed , makes me less angry that way when it happens

 

lol nomore speeding for me i never do try to speed anyways :p

 

Time to get yourself a radar detector. I've got one that does the trick, unfortunately, a lot of the highway speed enforcement is done by airplane so the cops just wait on the on ramp. Or they use laser which there is no early detection for.

 

The best detector is obeying the speed limit.

All that other nonsense. Just don't be a fool and cops won't have a reason to pull you over haha.
