is a monte a good car for school?

RE: is a monte a good car for school?
I didn't know if the Monte was going to be my kind of ride, either. But, after one afternoon of tooling around in it and playing with the radio after I got it all tuned-up ... I love it!
I'm not going to trick it out. Just run it stock ... which is fun enough. I got over a couple of glitches with it, but ... now that its all together and running fine ... I can't wait to hit-the-road and go visit my sister a few hundred miles away.
They have style and grace.
They like to get moving fast too ... when you stomp down on the gas pedal!

A friend of mine had a mid 80's Monte Carlo (I'm pretty sure it was an 85) when we were in college. I was a great car for him. Lots of fun, reliable, and lots of room for his books and stuff. He liked it even more when he put in a new sound system in it.
