6th Gen ('00-'05): Jack Is Back!!! AAmco Review

Glad to hear that you got your ride back but man that sucks it is already having issues. I hope you can get this problem fixed by them but complaining is worth a try since what do you have to loose anyway. It seems many people have issues with this company. You would think they would want to do good so they get more customers. I guess not.

I'm just so annoyed I called n told them about the leak. Gotta get it fixed myself. And I was told about getting my plog back and lose everything else. Now its a core charge to get my plog back wtf

Then he suggested it was the water pum p....like they knew it was leaking and said everything like the ps pump and water pump was off my old engine like the manager is a liar

Dude you need look into some action. Maybe a better business bureau, contact a corporate office, something. This is not sounding good. If the plog is part of the core they can keep the stock mani from the donor engine.

I'd get on whichever social media you have (facebook, twitter..) and tag the company and give em hell. Alot of times companies are willing to fix things when someone has caused bad PR for them, worked for me once, certainly worth a try.

Ok so after work I went up there and gave them my thoughts after 15 mins, talking to the manager and a threat to call district manager they basically gave me the top part of the engine. Fuel rails throttle body stuff I didn't even ask for. So ill post some things for sale. Save me money by using ny old water pump. The one on the engine had a paper gasket...what the hell

K so turns out that the gasket that wasnon there was made out of paper...smh. but I fixed that issue. No leaks detected. I do notice a sloght hissing under the hood, also I hear a small whistle/squeal when I'm around 30mph any idea on what that could be?

Possibly the TB gasket, especially if it was reused.

throttle body is still on my dorman manifold too....isnt there a way to test that like the coolant pressure thingy?
