I'd rather have something made in Mexico or Canada than China. Japan doesn't give us the same privileges to sell product in their country as we give them. Why you see their vehicles all over the place here while our stuff is scarce over there. China just copies everyone's stuff.

That said, going back to the thread's title, I hit 100k in my '03 SS. I remember that time, kind of sad haha, but i ended up rolling 150k on it before it was totaled. That car still ran strong with 150k on it, like new, and never gave me any major issues other than normal wear and tear which is expected. Guess it depends on individual experience.
