Oh, I agree. When my mom first got her Monte, I loved it. thought it was the fastest car.. and really, it is quite good on acceleration. But once you get used to going as fast as my car does, it's hard going backwards. Which is why the next thing for my car is either a turbo, or for me to get a cobra.

HAHA, that's right, I said it, a FORD RUSTANG KENNE BELL COBRA! =)

I'm just not a fan of the 3400. I just think its a dog of an engine. That's my only gripe about an LS. It handled and rode really nice. Keegan--You can have your Rustang Cobra...but keep that **** away from here.lol. I'm surprised the auto edit didn't **** out Ford....LOL.

Keegan, You need to go for a ride in this little turbo'd 4 banger we got. I SWORE I'd NEVER buy another 4 cylinder car, then this Solstice GXP came along WOW! GM FINALLY put together a rocket car that's affordable! Sticker was less than the Intimidator SS. I've put about $2,500 into performance mods, and instead of 260 BHP, we now have 290 WHP! That's about 350 BHP, I'm told. At 2,800 lbs, WOW! AND the engine is still totally stock wwith the stock cat' convertor! Looking to add a hi-flow cat' and water/methanol injection. About another 40 WHP, and still stock. One guy has 440 WHP from his! Turbos ARE they way to REAL power!
BTW, there is a guy in Canada building a twin turbo LS2 Solstice (V8s bolt right in to these things!) Can we say 1,000+ hp in 2,800 lbs? My concern is structeral integrity.
