Default Failed Emmissions: Readiness

After I replaced my cat and got the code cleared, I drove a while then tried to go get emmissions, but was told that I have to drive my car more and that it failed due to readiness. After I drove my car for a while longer, the check engine light came back on. From what I understand, the aftermarket cats don't work well with the factory o2 sensors which will cause the light to come back on. Is there a workaround in which to delete this file or to help me pass emmissions? Please let me know. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
