I can attest to similar results as Chibi.
I had a ZZP 2.5" DP and high flow cat as well as L67 coils before I did my ER Rockers.

When I did my ER Rockers, they were done at the same time as:
- HV3
- PLOG
- Port Matched LIM
- Ported L67 Throttle Body
- PCMforLess.com tune

And for looks, F-body 3800 aluminum valve covers.

It made a difference! It did not make a "beast", but it improved the 3800 potential a lot. I hope to re-tune the car this summer, as that will make a bigger impact.

Thanks for the input Jason & Mike. I am looking forward to the gains, lord knows we need every hp available to wake these power plants up. You both mentioned a tune, from what I have read, they did not mention having to retune the PCM. I already have in car tune from Will. Do I need to tweek that tune? I will eventually also be installing an HV3. Thanks for your help, it is always appreciated.

The primary reason I got a tune was all my reading said the port matched L67 tb needed different MAF tables put in.
Otherwise, you could run your current tune, but for obvious reasons, re-tuning to match all your mods gives you the best gains. I hope to re-tune my Monte this year myself (instead of a mail order tune).

No need to retune unless you swap the springs and can rev past 5900.

Shoot Will an email, but you'll probably be fine. He might be able to add a degree of timing, but he might say it's not worth it.

When Will did my in-car tune, he did advance the timing 3 degrees and I have run high octane, which is fine. So I should be good to go for now. But I will shoot him an email just to be sure. Thanks Mike,

Well, finally got them on today...... Definately a butt dyno increase in HP above 3000rpm...... Very rainy here today so the testing was quite limited... I also had my L67 coils installed at the same time... Loving the results...... Only issue is that it feels like I am getting an intermitant miss, worse when installed and less the longer I drive... Question, is it possible the PCM needs time to relearn new set-up? If not, I will start looking for a faulty coil... Any help would be appreciated...
