Default 1.9 ZZP rockers vs roller tip rockers

I was planning on installing the ZZP 1.9 rockers until someone mentioned roller tip rockers. I can't find any info on the roller tip for my 2004 monte carlo ss 3.8 sc intimidator. Can anyone let me know if the roller tips offer more HP for the $$'s. Thanks and I have really learned a lot about the mods I want to do on my stock monte.

Try posting your question in the Engine Transmission and Performance enhancements section of the forum, a lot of knowledgeable members may be able to answer your question if they see it there.

Go with the zzp 1.9s, new or used. Used modded stockers like these are a great bang for the buck. Plus, you also get the added reliability of a practically stock rocker.

The extra money spent on an all new roller rocker will gain no measurable amount of power and will only serve to make you spend more money at this point.

Thanks Bumpin. do you or anyone else know about the quality of parts from 3800Performance.com? ZZP are out of stock on the 1.9 rockers and I need to order them this week. Any assistance is appreciated.
