If you can only find the duct from a different car, and the IAT is in the wrong spot, can't you buy an IAT extender?

Its close...however, Mike.. The angle that attachs
To MAF is also incorrect... since its "preformed" to fit properly..
I also know the AIT is in the wrong position.
Which its suppose to located closer to the air box
For correct readings for fuel economy.
