Kool! I know you can't wait to get back in your Baby and Feel the improvement with the new trans. I just hand mine rebuilt, with all the upgrades, and I Love the way she shifts. It's a dream compares to the way she had been shifting for the 2.5 years prior. I know you'll feel the same way about yours!

Oh believe me, I can't wait. The only problem is, this guy did extra work that I knew nothing about. He did a front seal and a stabilizer link I believe. Mind you, I have called him numerous times for updates on the car and got no calls back. He quoted me 500-600 to do the work. Now the bill is at 890. I had the 600 off to the side for a long while. He's had the car for three weeks. So now, I have to find a way to get an extra 300 so I can get her. Needless to say, when I get the engine work done, she will go somewhere else. I cannot go three weeks at a time without her whenever I need something done.

I finally brought my baby home this past Saturday. This guy broke a stabilizer link and I ended up paying for the new one. He even charged me for the front seal. I as also charged for 10 quarts of ATF, converter bushing, and to reset my ECM.

Enough about that. The steering is a lot tighter now. I like the feel of it, the shift time from first to second is a major improvement. The car accelerates much better. Although, I had to pay about 300 more than the original quote, I am pleased overall. He wants me to bring the car back after 3000 miles to make sure there are no leaks or anything.

I am just so happy to have her home. I miss the purring of her exhaust.

When I got my Trans done it cost me $2100. I had to bring it back after 2 weeks to check for proper operation. Then he validated my 3yr/50k mile warrenty. The difference in the trans compared to before the work made the cost well worth it.
Enjoy your ride and Safe Cruising!
