theres a great thread by bumpin96monte,im in the process of doing it now,i can give you a little help,what I heard is it sounds like its pretty simple.
pull the engine,tranny,and wire harness and you have to do something with the axle (building a hybrid) I think (not sure) you have to pull the old one apart and use the 3800 piece that bolts to the tranny and use the 3400 piece for the rest (im still trying to figure it out so im not %100 on that) and that's about it,hook your engine and tranny back up,put it in place,run the wire harness and that's the main parts,once I get a little further into mine il keep you updated
