Default sudden shaking

Got a problem that I hope yall can help me with, not sure if its an engine problem though. Recently I put some new rims on my car, and every since then once I hit and 40 mph my steering wheel and car start shaking crazy. Do yall think its an engine problem, or could it b a suspension problem or wat?

rotate them to the back, see if the vibration lessens or worsens, easiest place to start is a rebalance
