Well this has been such an active contest theme, there were a lot of excellent photo submissions. Thanks to the previous contest winner MCF member Butch049 for choosing a topic many members elected to participate in.

Now we are in a situation where we have a tie and need to choose between the 2 tying photo's to determine a winning photo for this Military History theme contest.

Would you please take a minute and review the photo's and cast your vote for your favorite picture. The new photo contest will start this Monday, we would love to have your participation, it's a fun way to put your Monte to use and in turn acquire some cool photographs of your Monte Carlo. Most of us won't have our Monte's forever, least we can look back through our photo's and remember the good times we had with friends and our Monte's.

The votes not over, but thanks for the support to those members supporting my pic. I think it is a great picture - nice composure and stuff. It is just a picture.

A more important, but separate thanks go to to the vets and service persons that give us this subject and opportunity to vote and play these games. I am certainly no military hero, but am very supportive of their efforts and achievements.

Thinks very much for the contest and the win! Not many Monte's could go head-to-head with Greg's and win! It feels great to add a BudChev photo to page 1 of our eternal Hall of Fame.

I think its was great theme. We got to honor those who have done service to 2 countries and it stirred up some great conversation in the original thread too. Some really great photos were shared - thanks ZIPPY02 and drivernumber3 for sharing those.

Nicely played Brent, your photo lead the pack most of the race and Zippy's car did not have what it took to get around you. Very cool picture, great choice, all your colors and arrangement came together and gave you a big win!

As the current champion you will select the theme for this coming weeks contest. We see you have opted to put forth a really neat automotive oriented theme, it should really garner a fair number of entries since our car's typically are associated with a NASCAR heritage. Bet we may see some nice submissions.

Okay people time to get your pit crews together and see if you have what it takes to upend Junior Car. I think coming off this win he is really going to bring on his A game even harder and try to go for two consecutive wins.
