Stutter/Putting Accelerating Wet/Cold
Use the schrader valve on the front of the engine. Wrap it up in some paper towels and press it with a screw driver to depressurize
Then after you do the work, you just turn the key to on for a few seconds, not start and let the pump prime the system again.

Drove car first time since starting this thread Today, It was 74 out today. Started her up waited a min took off and no Sputter. So it seems when cold/wet and not warmed enough its causing it.
Ill get plugs and wires done first, Then fuel filter, Air Filter
