Looking to replace my torque strut mounts. I know its cheaper but is it better to flip them or just get polyurethane ones? Also where's the best place to get them? Been looking on 3800performance, Car ID, rockauto etc. But haven't really found what Im looking for as a good replacement.

 

New is always better and the Poly are even better. Are these the ones your looking for?

That's exactly what I'm looking for. Do they make then already inserted into the bracket or do you have to buy the mounts and insert them your self? Also, how difficult/easy arey the to insert?

 

No engine mounts brackets, they are individual items. Easy cheesy to replace, just do one side a time to prevent the engine from moving out of alignment.

 

Now with the other ones that come with the full bracket that I have seen on other sites, are they just OE replacements more or less and not performance ones? Looking for more torque and I know the Poly's are the way to go to achieve that

 

ive heard poly mounts give way to much vibration but soild mounts don't. which are better to go with

 

I have all poly mounts and it does vibrate a bit but I enjoy it. The vibration let's you "feel" the car more on how it's reacting etc. Zzp and intense racing sell them and both are equally good. Also just so you know these can be a pain to install, you will also need the square ones and also the round ones that way you are doing both sides of the dog bone mount
