I cant find it, but I asked about this a long time ago and somone gave me GREAT instructions. If you look around you might find it. but you should be able to do it wiithout any trouble, just study the dogbone and you shouldnt run into any problems, just grease it up pretty good, tighten the bold onto the rubber square (without the dogbone attatched) there is metal inside the rubber square to tighten the bolt onto, (do one at a time so your engine doesnt rock) and take two socket wrenches and flip that sumbich. BTW flip it so the thing inside the rubber is horzontile and not vertical. Like I said, once you get a good look at it, you will know what to do.
Another BTW, you only grease the outside of the rubber square where it meets the metal surronding, again, you'll look at it and know where to grease. Dont grease the bolt though, then you wont get any grip and the tightend bolt will spin inside the square and wont spin the square itself.
If you want I can dig through my computer and see if I got some pics of what I did, let me know..

I have been hearing that this really helps put a few more horses to the ground by eliminating some enigine jump
Doesn't make any more power. Once the engine 'torques up' and rotates under heavy throttle- you're going to get the same power to the ground; it'll just be a tiny tiny pinch more responsive because you don't have to wait as long for the engine to twist before it moves. Even then it still moves- only thing to eliminate that is doing a poly mount instead. Definitely worth it for free, but its a super small difference.

Doesn't it also cause more vibration though? I believe I remember reading some comments about this. Could you confirm?
I did this on my old GTP, and on my GXP- and the vibration increase was less with the GXP. Don't know if its because of a smoother running engine, or just having 1 upper mount means its more stiffly braced below.

Honestly, its virtually unnoticeable after the first week- and its nowhere near what a poly mount would be like.

Oh^^^ For sure.. I got the solid ones where its all one piece with just two holes for hte bolts on front and back and it was a little bit better thaan just flipping them, but its a good start since, I mean come on, Its free and a nice "do it yourself" thing.
