Man, Owen, sounds like you were trying to compete with Exxon lol
BTW - my 2 cents on oil filters, I favor BOSCH oil filters. I have no fact or researched info. I base it from years ago, I tried a bunch of different filters and it appeared that when I ran a BOSCH filter, the oil was cleaner. Again, no actual study or research was done, just a guy in his driveway with an observation

The only filter I will use is the acdelco pf52. Its a little larger than the regular filter and fits perfectly fine. People say its not needed and Idk if it helps but my theory is bigger the filter the more it filters cleaner...
Glad you got her fixed!!

Cool you have Jack back on the road again George and you have rendered this a "Case Closed" ... Yeah happy for you
I tend to use Napa Gold as thats what my builder recommended I do. Guess they are made by Wix, which is apparently another reputable name out there.
Interesting John you are running that large of a filter. I looked it up and it is indeed fairly larger. I never liked the OEM little size, I'm going to jump up to your size next oil change. I also read on other forums where some guys will fill their new filter 3/4 full before they install it. Lessening the time the engine runs without oil. Any merit to that?

And what a curse it is. Suspect you and I have kept the aftermarket car parts suppliers very happy. Just got in a new set of Hankook Ventus Z214 Drag radials today, got to get ready for you. LOL jk , I want to have fun when we meet this spring.

Thats the best I'm doing for tires. I read your other thread a couple weeks or so back about your tire selections and had to do something. My BF Goodrich DR's were all cracked and such. There's no way the Hankook's are anything like your MT's. Will be awesome to see you hook up with them, they should get you down the track like no body's business. I see the track is only an 1/8th mile, isn't that kind of short for a turbo car?

that track is a joke if you ask me..... only an 1/8th mile? me and you will make street hits
0-140mph and then 40-140mph and then 60-140mph i think is 3 nice fair races
