Intercooler time...
Got a few more parts in...

-IC Heat exchanger
-Bosch IC pump
-ARP wheel studs (currently have a broken stud on the front axle)
-Magnafuel AFPR (boost referenced)
-Stainless IC bolts
-New TPS/IAC (for the LS style TB)
Got a little more work done- pulled both heads. Cleaned up both heads back to new inside and out, and put a fresh coat of paint on them. Got them both bolted back on. Removed the AC radiator. Installed the 'ls7' lifters. LIM is going on next, but needs a little more work and some cleaning up before it's ready to go back on.
Also tried setting the top end in place to see what kind of clearance it has- you can definitely see the top of the whipple from the driver's seat, but it's nowhere near as bad as I was thinking.
With the long weekend, maybe I'll get a little more stuff back on...

Yeah, I know; I haven't been really pushing to get it done soon since it's still not a good season- super hot, dust storms, rain, etc. Another month or so and it'll start getting cool enough to make it worth it. All of the cruise in's and car shows and such are pretty much dead right now, so I'm not really missing much.
Still a lot of work to be done still too:
-order whipple BBV assembly
-custom make tubing to connect bypass
-set up an idler pulley for the alternator
-determine accessory belt length
-reroute alternator wiring
-torque rockers
-repaint valve covers, and install
-clearance whipple/upper adapter plate (two protrusions on the whipple make it not sit flat on the adapter)
-cut custom IC to LIM gasket (already have the reinforced rubberized gasket material)
-install new SC snout and pulley
-determine correct belt length (I have 5 8 rib belt lengths, hopefully one is right)
-clearance fuel rails (bracket hits them), and install
-drill/tap TB adapter, open hole to new size
-fab throttle cable bracket
-mount bypass valve on adapter
-buy IC resevoir
-mount IC HE and water pump, run hoses, fill system
-route intake plumbing
-clean up header mating surfaces
-reinstall headers
-check where water pump is leaking from- repair/replace if needed
-run new fuel line, install new fuel filters for E85
-drop fuel tank and clean
-install 2nd walbro (ugh... not looking forward to this)
-upgrade fuel pump wiring
-upgrade radiator
-install new wheel studs
-oil change
-tune
maybe missing a few things- but there are definitely a few more things I need to order
