Default dyno results after intercooler install

so i did my intercooler install about a month ago, but didnt have the money to get it dyno'd and tuned better for the intercooler. today, results are in, and with just the intercooler install alone, it netted me an extra 14WHP. the next thing for me to do is drop a pulley size since i have no KR, and see what happens. it went from 234WHP to 249.5WHP, and this was on a pretty warm (80 degree) day.

my shop guys instead of drilling into the radiator, decided it would be best to buy a moroso coolant resavoir and make the intercooler seperate, so it doesnt pull the heated coolant from the engine into the intercooler. smart idea, as he used a coolant cap with a temp. readout, showing right after the dyno only 100 degrees. much cooler.

this car pulls now.
~ 50WHP over a stock supercharged, and it started out only as a naturally aspirated

I always thought that was a terrible idea. IMO any W-A IC system should always be separate.

14 extra whp from just the temp drop alone is pretty good.

silverbullitt, im not ready for the 3.2 yet haha, but mine has to be special from zzp since i did their ssm90 kit, not a top swap. my 3.8 is equal to a 3.4 on a stock supercharged, so dropping to a 3.6 would be like a 3.2, but its wierd.

ya, i liked the results, and completely agree that it is a terrible design. glad my shop guys are good!
