Default Gen V Upgrade With I/C and Hood Clearance??

Hello all,
I am new to the forum and to this point have been learning a lot from all the folks out there. Many Thanks!
I am hoping for some advice or information perhaps from someone that has done the upgrade I am contemplating.
I have an 04 Supercharged SS. I am looking to swap the Gen 3 for a Gen V supercharger however would also like to install a full sized intercooler below the Gen V. My question to the experts is.....Will this all fit under the hood? I believe things are tight under there with a Gen 3 and an I/C.....will it all fit with a Gen V?

Thanks in advance for those that may have some advice to share.

I'm almost certain it will fit no problem, they make spacers that go I between the car body and sub frame for a little extra clearance if you need it as well.

Thanks for the reply Turbo. I just want to put in the research before I start installing. The Gen V is substantially larger than the Gen 3 AND the I/C core is quite the "height adder" so am seeking advice from others. I'm thinking there must be someone out there that's done the same.
Thanks again

I'm sure there is. I know it can be done on the grand prix and Bonneville with no issues so I'm almost certain there won't be any issue on the Monte either.
