Just an ideal on dropping in a turbo after I start doing some trans and motor work. What is the most on budge price could be ?

 

Doing all of the work yourself, and buying new parts is roughly $2500 for a very basic kit

If you go used you can probably cut it down to $1000-$1300

If you need a shop to do the install, you can easily double the costs and be close to $5k.

I had a performance shop help me finish my CSC, they honestly did not have to do much, but it took time. Just doing the last 10% of my build and it was $1000

 

A complete used intercooled turbo setup averages $2000. A new intercooled turbo setup is anywhere from $3500-$5000 depending on what you want. If a shop has to install it for you figure double just as chibi said.

 

There is a guy here who does them for $1,800 parts and labor he orders all the parts.
