Question Electrical Problem?? Help!

Hi everyone. I have been researching this problem ive been having with my 03 monte carlo LT. Seems that there is an electrical problem.

TCC circuit stuck on
Airbag light on dash stays on

OBD Code:
Coolant temp below thermostat regulating threshold.
its like the coolant isnt warming properly
(temp gauge stay down low, and takes awhile to get good heat, like around 15-20 mins.) Dont know if this has anything to do with the other issue!?

Ive heard these GM vehicles have notorious electrical problems! HELP! PLEASE!

Airbag light is most likely a sensor....Check front impact sensors for corrosion...(I had to replace 1 of mine)

15 to 20 mins isnt unreasonable as far as haveing heat....However, I'd definately check your coolant. Theres a possibility theres to much anti-freeze and not enough water in the system....

Ok i will check those. Thank you!
Are you familiar with the P0742 code? Torque converter clutch circuit stuck on? The code is saying the circuit is stuck on so does that mean there is an electrical problem? an open somewhere maybe?
Ive done some research and others that have this same issue usually get another code "P1811" as well as the P0742, indicating a bad TCC solenoid, but I only have the 0742 code.
Any help would be great thanks!!
