Default 1999 MC Z34 electrical problem - HELP!

I hope someone can help before I spend a ton at the dealer.

This issue usually happens on the way home from work, not on the morning drive to work.

The failure happens in this order:
1) ABS light comes on.
2) Volts light comes on.
3) If using cruise the cruise drops.
3) If running AC the compressor kicks off.
4) Car will drop out of overdrive.
5) Car loses power and dies.

I jump started the car after it died and it ran with no problem at first and now it dies 2 or 3 times on the way home.

Got a battery booster (portable jump start)

Replaced battery and this resolved the issue for about 2 weeks, then ABS light started coming on then a few days later the volts light then it started dieing again.

No check engine light. Had it connected to a computer that reads ABS and it saw no codes.

Example: Drove home from work Thursday and the MC dies 3 times and I could connect the battery booster and it would start right up and go a litter farther, the 3rd time it started right up and acted as it it had never had a problem....No ABS or Volts light.

Check battery terminals and ohmed out all my grounds to the black battery terminal and then ohmed the relay/fuse boxes under the hood to the red terminal and those connections checked good.

Atuozone and Advanced show Alternator output at 13.56vlts with a good battery.

What do I do?

Thanks,
John
