Default Dealership Answer

So I went to the chevy dealership with a question regarding my LT to SS swap. I let them know what my plans were for my car. I asked them how much would they charge to program my ecu, tcu, and bcm when I replace the 3500 with the 5.3L. They said $125 to flash. Then I ask is it possible to just flash the 3 computers that are already in my car with the 3500. They said yes. Is he right?

To my understanding, that's it. The computers are the same, but the programming in them is different. A re-flash with the SS programming makes it all happen.
