The traction control system is more than just stopping a wheel from spinning. These cars PCMs act like a fool and can retard the timing on your car into dangerous situations. If the weather isn't bad and I'm not going to have any wheel slip, traction control is turned off, even though my PCM is retuned so it doesn't get too dangerous on the knock. Also you never know when it's going to try to kick on for no reason when accelerating at a stop light (i.e. the smallest bit of gravel that won't even spin you out) and I'm tired of replacing wheel hubs on this car haha
