Not much out there for the 3400 that I know of. Swap it to a 3800 lol.

Milzy performance might have some stuff for the 3400 I'm not sure.

(Repeat of the answer I gave in the other thread where you asked the same question lol)

Btw welcome to mcf

Here's a link of some basic/cheap intro mods for a 3400:
https://montecarloforum.com/forum/fw...p-power-46071/

Obviously, the bigger your budget, the more you can do beyond what's mentioned in that thread.

Depends. You can junk yard pic for 3500 parts to top swap on a 3400. Or as mentioned, vendors like Milzy Motorsports would be a good resource. I know there are a couple others, I think one is WOT-Tech.com, but for the 3400 guys, I think Milzy is a popular resource.

As for PCM tunes, most the companies selling the parts offer tunes. Or, you can find a local person that is skilled and has a tuner that could assist.

Not horribly expensive. Need to source the engine and trans. Wiring harness and pcm. I'm sure there is some other things but not sure what as I've never done the swap. All parts can be found at a junk yard to do the swap I'm sure.

OP- here ya go! as a 3.4 er' ive had the same problems! Ive about maxxed out my car without going turbo or supercharged or swapping. Coils, wires, plugs. Fuel pump, injectors, 91 octane tune, ported intake and TB, one of a kind sport shift transmission, wrapped headers and cat back exhaust, wizaired CAI.
Ive passed a non S/C 3.8 in power. so its possible, and at the same time limited... lol

If able.... Trust me! SWAP IT!!!! i wish i had!
if not, mod it a lil bit and save up for something bigger and better like me... Cough *2006 GTO* chough

MODS-
