Meguires Hot Shine does it for me. Spray it on let it dry, does a great job

X2 with Chibi but liek he said let it sit for a night and it will last a long time I've used this stuff for years but if your tire sidewall isint a smooth surface it might not turn out that well

Black Magic gets 2 thumbs up that's all i use on my tires! Always look new

turtle wax (i think) has a shine that is like a clearcoat for your wheels and is dry to the touch and lasts for months on a cool dry as a bone tire!
