Wheel Fitting
Hello... this is my 1st post, but ive been lurking the forums for awhile just browsing
I have a 2000 Monte Carlo LS
recently this winter's 1st heavy snowfall i slid into a curb while trying to turn a corner, the result was about 1/4 or more of the rims lip chipping off.. you can see where the tire meets the main part of the rim
it still has held air day after day for many miles and even highway use
well to the point... i have a very small income and ive been looking for a new rim, i looked at my local junkyard and they want 90 for 1 rim and then i DO need new tires
So im thinking it will run me roughly 300 for 1 rim and 2 front tires...
well on my local craigslist a guy is selling 4rims w/tires (decent tread) for about 350 and they come off of his Chrysler 300c 5x115
So the million dollar question is will this persons Chrysler 300c stock 18'' wheels fit my monte carlo?

The bolt pattern wouldn't be a problem, but the offset of the wheel might be. If the seller will, have them measure the distance from the back of the hub to the rear face of the wheel and also from the hub to the front face of the wheel. Then use those measurements to determine if the wheel will fit into your wheel well without rubbing/hitting the suspension or the inside of the quarter panel. I hope you're not driving the car with the wheel broke like that...very dangerous.

Welcome to the site. I agree with what Mike said, You should not drive the car like that. It could blow out at any time. If you have no choice at least move the damaged wheel to the back of the car.
