I know on a 2000 Monte which should be the same on most, you got to ...

1-turn the ignition from off to on three times (don't let the car start or you have to start all over)

then

2-pull your headlight switch all the way out three times

Hope this helps you. This should get rid of the light.

If you have the factory radio you can also do the reset via the radio. If I recall, the sequence is get in the car, close the door, hold the display button (do not let go) and while holding the display button, turn the key to the accessory position. At that point give it 10-20 seconds, the radio should go into the various maintenance menus.

If I'm not correct, the procedure is in your owner's manual.

My experience with these cars is the computer calibrates the wheel speed sensor ratings, if they detect a change later on, it reports an issue (as you are seeing). It has no idea what the pressure is, just something changed and it's a problem. When you reset it, it re-calibrates (but the light will not go off until you reset it.

The wheel speed sensor is integrated into the wheel hub assembly.

Car can be running. Just turn the radio off, then hold the DISP button until the menu pops up.

Then use the < and > to scroll through the main menus, and your 1 and 2 buttons to scroll through each sub menu.

DISP acts like an OK button.
