the man at the shop told me big rims wont do anything to hurt my transmission
he might just be saying that but not all 22's are that heavy
as far as 2700 i guess your buying brand new..
here in st louis they sell 2's for like 600-1200 used
i could get some 24's for 2700 out here
have u tried your local craigslist or will you buy from the store only

yes 22's are heavy but they don't make rims like the used to.There not as heavy as they used to be my boy has a set of 20's that weigh as much as my 22's.And just like my lowrider it's alot of up keep and maintence.since i'm going with 4's i'm getting bigger rotors and calipers and new struts and springs all they way around and new tie rods.one of my boys friends has a 94 cutlass on 20's and he changes the struts every year no matter what.

yea i mean im plannin on buyin new because i live az and not too many ppl out here have 2's i like or at least are sellin plus mah car is two tone so i wanna get the rims to match my car...but from wat im hearin 2's wont be such a bad idea i mean if i have problems jus gotta deal wit it pay the cost to be the boss right ha
