Smile ? for solow

you seem to know alot about rims so i need to know somethin because i dnt know jack **** about rims haha ok so i have a 2002 monte and i want to put 22 inches on tht bitch. Tell me the specifics of how i do tht like the tire size, bolt size, do i need a lift etc.

bolt pattern either 5x115 or 5x114.3 I'm not to sure of the offset as for the 2's you can get them on without lifting it if you don't want to go with a 245/30/22 they will fit right on.It's hard find a 22x8.5 that you will like but if you do go with that they don't stick out or rub well atleast for me other have said different.

Default transmission

Yea I mean I was talkin to somebody who had a car just like mine with 2's on it but he said somethin abt his transmission was messin up because of it? Can it be because 2's are too heavy or is he just talkin ****t...

O and another thing I have no clue what your talkin abt when u say 22X8.5 or 30 45 on 8.5 haha I'm new to this rim ****t man

Yes they are heavy but not as heavy as they used to be and yes in some cases they can cause problems to your trans I can say I've never had any so far.

transmission issues are the reason why i keep debating on whether or not to get 22's. those things arent cheap to fix. is it how the person drives it that gives them the issues?

yea i honestly think ill just stick with 20's even tho i would loooove to put 2's on it i already have alot of miles on my monte so the 22's are pushin it big time.

u only live once man, why not throw the 22s on ya whip.. i put 2s on my **** about a month ago and my 02 monte is very high in miles. i havent had a problem with the trans or anything for that matter. as long as u keep maintained u should be good.
