Default 07' SS rims on a 03' SS??

I just bought a 03 monte ss. I really like the look of the 18" 06-07 ss rims and i would like to put them on my car. I know they are different bolt patterens. But i here a bunch of mixed reviews to weather or not they will fit. So will they fit? Do i need adapters or hubcentric rings? If so what size? What size tires should i run? I was thinkin 245/45-18. Also my car has the skate board style spoiler and i want to change it to the nascar style, i've heard that the 06-07 style will work. Is it a direct bolt on? Where can i find one? Thank you.

Stan

I would say that the wheels would fit. I just sold my stock wheels off of a 2006 MC SS to a guy that put them on a 2002 impala. Also, my winter wheels are from a 2004 impala. So, I think all GM FWD cars use the standard 5 x 115 bolt pattern and 40mm offset (at least over the last couple years).

If you do not believe me, check out tirerack.com, they have good info on stock wheel sizes.

I have seen an 03 pace car on autotrader with the 06-07 SS style wheels, so obviously it can be done.

This should answer the question about the new wheels:

Fits without a hitch. Searching for the answer is key here!

I've heard that the 06/07 spoilers are a different bolt pattern than the 2000-2005. You may have to drill new holes.
Not 100% on this though, since I've never seen the bolt pattern of the 06/07.

I put SS wheels on my 98 GTP. The wheels Scrub a little when turn the wheels at max but no big issue!!! I just put a pic up on the wheels section.

i did take a peak at the spoilers and they do seem to be the same. you might have to ream the holes a bit and put some silicone with the bolts to prevent any leaks but thats it.
