GM Handling Upgrade Kit
I was thinking about getting this and installing it, but does anyone know if this is a good upgrade at all? Anyone know if it will somewhat/significantly imrpove handling and around corners? At least better than stock right?

Oh yeah. It will help. Get the Gmpp tubular trailing arms & the heavy duty rear sway links. Moog makes the ones to get.
If you dont have a factory front tower strut, you can get adapters so you don't have to drill. Same for the rear. I have these mods on mine for just over 10k. It makes a difference.

Honestly, that kit looks like what comes stock on the SS, so for you it would help, but if your planning on doing those upgrades, I would go with ZZP's stuff. I have both sway bars, trailing arms, F+R strut bar from them and with my lowering springs and shocks, she rides like a corvette now!
Get the upgrade, don't waste your money on the ZZP stuff. The upgrade from GM is a drastic improvement over stock even for the SS. When I purchased the upgrade it came with trailing arms though.
x2 of what he said. they are zzp brand of course they will tell you theirs are better
