Default E brake issue PLEASE HELP!

On my way home from work today, it felt as if there was considerable drag while driving. So ifigured maybe the parking brake wasn't fully disengaged. I fully depressed it then released it. Well it made my issue all the worse. What should I do to quickly solve this? Horrible timing too, I just put brand new brakes all the way around about 3~4 weeks ago. So its a must do before these new brakes end up getting cashed out really quick, or even worse,..screw something else up. Please help

And I do apologize if this is not the right section for this topic. Wasn't too sure where to hope in to ask.

So what's wrong with it? You said what you did, not what it's doing to the car lol

A few years ago I had one wheel locking up and dragging. It was frozen from snow and Ice. I thawed it out with a kerosene heater and it was fine after that. Just a thought.
